1. After the machine is unpacked, first check whether the random technical data is complete and whether the machine is damaged during transportation, so as to solve it in time.
2. Install and adjust the feeding component and the discharging component according to the outline diagram in this manual.
3. Add new lubricant to each lubrication point.
4. Rotate the machine with a shaker to check whether the machine is running in the correct direction (counterclockwise when facing the motor shaft), and the machine must be grounded.
The machine must be kept clean. It is strictly forbidden to have oil stains, liquid chemicals or glass fragments on the machine to avoid damage to the machine. Therefore, it must:
⑴ During the production process of the machine, remove the liquid medicine or glass debris in time.
⑵ Clean the surface of the machine once before the shift, and add clean lubricating oil to each activity department.
⑶ It should be scrubbed once a week, especially the places that are not easy to clean in normal use or blown with compressed air.
